“In a word ..... Hopeless....... order 5 valet buckets with lids, sent by Evri, never arrived, not Euro Car Parts fault I admit, there is a reaason they are called NEVRI,back and forth with "customer service " (yes the quotes are sarcastic and they certainly have room for improvement) Eventually after 10 days and no sensible response I said send it by DPD or cancel the order. They did resend it by DPD, at least that bit was right, arrived next day. Great I think, open the boxes, 5 buckets, well done !!! BUT ONLY 4 LIDS. If you value your time (and your sanity), go elsewhere. If they can't manage to put five lids in a box, imagine the chaos if you actually needed a critical engine component.”

“Hi I ordered a pair of jockey wheel clamps order number 511-00002035012. EVRI said they had them on the 10th of March but I have still not received them. I have complained to EVRI but still no parts. Help. Ronnie Mann”

“Original parts supplied were used and in poor condition, parts replaced with no issues but had to come back the following day to collect. Parts were correct for vehicle . Good price, time to be served was ridiculous, I must have been there close to an hour. only one guy serving during lunch time.”

“The ordering and picking up of the part was great. I picked it up myself the next dayThe annoying part was that I kept receiving e mails saying i hadn't picked up the parts. I contacted the Euro car parts chat bot and explained the situation, it directed me to phone the local branch as it was unable to help directly. I had hoped an operator could have taken over from the chatbot but this didnt seem possible. I gave up at that point as I had my part and I didnt feel like going the extra mile for a mistake at the branch and an inflexible customer service webchat.”

“Product was as expected, but got delivered to a different address - same house number and street name but a different postcode in a neighbouring town. They rang me from the info on the delivery slip and I drove to collect it myself. Annoying - postcode is there for a reason”

“I needed a replacement battery for our Land Crusier, which failed to start first thing on a Monday morning. Euro Car Parts had the Bosch battery I wanted and I ordered it at 09:36. It arrived at 10:48 and the car was up and running again before lunch. Fantastic service at a good price. Thank you!”

“Price is good, counter service is very good. Computer systems horrendous. I purchased my items and kept getting reminders to collect. I tried to respond with the links to say it’s collected & there’s no functionality. Never again, very stressful”
