“Ordered two bulbs, but when I collected them, they'd been put into a random box that was open and far too small for them, with zero packaging otherwise. One of the bulbs was shattered as a result.”

“Ordered an item on line to pay in store which was collect the following day. Arrived, paid for item, they went to look for it and item not in stock so was told I’d need to have a different item, so then had to pay for new item and then be refunded for unavailable item. Was a lengthy process which took around 40 mins.”
