“Parts ordered and collected after the 3pm timeline. It would be good if the shop phoned to say when they arrive, if this is before the 3pm time. It might allow an earlier collection?? Turn the heater down in the reception/shop area, Edin west 🥵🥵”

“Bought next day delivery with purchase (battery). Didn't arrive and could not track it. I had no indication waht had happened. In fairness to customer support, the lady sorted it out and it was delivered within 20 minutes of talking to her, and she got the cost of next day delivery refunded.”

“Absolutely over the moon that you had this part in its my wife’s car and I was very stressed about her breaking down on her own and I ordered the part chose the shop to pick it up and it was waiting for me when I got there I didn’t even have to pay first on line it was preordered I will definitely shop there again for everything I need from now on And the staff was so helpful and friendly for it was a 10 out of 10”
