“Order the parts on Wednesday, received confirmation email that the parts are ready to be collected on Friday after 9 am! Got there in the afternoon the brake discs weren’t arrived only the brake pads! I bought the just the pads and when the mechanic wanted to install them they were wrong! Went back to the shop to exchange and i been offered other pads with triple the price! I think they do it on purpose to buy more expensive parts cause this happened to me twice now!”

“Discount codes on website make little sense and never seem to work. On the plus side the place stays open quite late and on saturdays, but more importantly the staff are always great - relaxed, knowledgeable, friendly, happy to help. Good job.”

“Parts ordered and collected after the 3pm timeline. It would be good if the shop phoned to say when they arrive, if this is before the 3pm time. It might allow an earlier collection?? Turn the heater down in the reception/shop area, Edin west 🥵🥵”
