“I'm disappointed with the whole experience. I pay for my battery and it was excepted, over a week I waited with no updates on the order. It was only when I contacted them through customer services did I get a refund and an excuse that they can't post it to Northern Ireland anymore. If they couldn't post to my location I would of expected an email must earlier explaining this and the refund. They had no information on the whereabouts or expectation of what was happening with my order even customer service had a hard time finding information on the order.”

“Order was for next day collection (saturday pick up) which was confirmed by email and upon collection was told from Monday onwards so a wasted journey. Service behind the counter very slow.”

“After returning item on 11th march I was meant to be refunded but never received i then went back to shop today 20th march and was told they would refund back onto my card but still not received i think if someone has payed by card or any other means when it comes to a refund it should be refunded straight away with no messing about”

“I ordered the holts headlight reviver kit online click and collect which all went to plan and it worked really well, although to be honest whilst doing the job I did have my doubts,go through all the grades of sanding and then the polishing it was only when I got to polishing it started to look hopeful then the spay n buffed up NICE job”
