“Very helpful staff; only problem is that identifying the correct parts for the vehicle is almost impossible from the website!! It took three attempts before finally getting correct break pads, but only because I had to extract the old ones so they could be matched...”

“Reserved wipers, waited so long to collect them that I had to leave otherwise I'd be late to collect daughter from school. Didn't take wipers, didn't go back as I wasn't prepared to wait again. Ended up buying some elsewhere. Wasted trip.”

“I checked online for a wheel brace, the Huddersfield store indicated they only had one in stock, I reserved it, paid online to go and collect it. I walked to the store from my house which was 1hr away to be there when they opened at 8. On arriving only to be told the wheel brace wasn’t there and it was coming from a another store and would be there for dinner time. Not acceptable in my opinion and I won’t be using Euro Car Parts again. Hence purchasing a wheel brace from elsewhere.”
