“Was initially happy with ordering and the price of pads and discs for my car , put in my registration plate and my car came up correctly so I placed my order, booked a appointment to get them fitted, now dropped off car and then get a phone call from garage saying that the discs are too big and don’t fit the car, come on euro car parts not good enough!!!!”

“Poor service. I ordered online and checked my local dealer stock which showed 2 so I ordered and went in rush hour to get. Only to get there and they said they weren’t in stock and would be the next day. The nearest other dealer showed 1 and I went to get. Rubbish online system”

““I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order and drove 45 minutes to pick it up, only to discover that the package was incomplete several key parts were missing from what was supposed to be a fully packed item on the shelf. It feels like the incomplete kits are being deliberately sold in the hope that customers won’t notice. As a result, I wasted over 90 minutes of my time (round trip + wait) for nothing. This is unacceptable and very frustrating.”

“On Audi A3 2007 1.6 Petrol Sportback non turbo they turn on for 3 seconds then turn off. I order resistor and they worked for 3 days then one resistor gone down so i've decided to put normal bulbs with x2 longer life. Led's are white and yr headlight is yellowish ,it look weird combined together.”

“Be careful when choosing the correct battery ordered a car battery online from Euro Car Parts for my BMW X1. Unfortunately, the battery turned out to be slightly too large for my car. A mechanic checked it briefly and we realized it didn’t fit properly, so I returned to the store hoping to exchange it for the correct size. The staff explained that because the terminals had marks from being tested, they could not accept it back. I understand store policies, but it was still disappointing as the battery was never actually installed or used. My advice to other customers is to double-check the exact battery size for your car before purchasing, especially when ordering online. Overall, just be careful and make sure you get the correct model the first time.”
