“Firstly I would like to say how friendly and polite the member of staff was on the counter that in itself would encourage me to shop there again even though there was a mix up with my pre ordered parts for my wife's mini which turned a one day job into a 2 day job (In the rain) as I had to make a return journey to get the correct parts”
