“It was easy to order although the app and on-line order offer different payment methods eg one offers payment on collection. I received reminders but couldn't collect in time but the order was quickly recreated by ths very efficient staff Only gripe was that the wiper blade for the car was wrong and I had to drive back to the dealer and change it, despite putting in the correct reg. I was told that it was up to me to check the order, so why bother with the registration details if the wrong item is listed ? Staff are very helpful though Note that I collected rather than delivery (see next questions)”
