“Everything was ok except communication. After the online order was placed I only had the 3>4 days delivery estimate. There was no info about Saturday deliveries therefore I just had to wait in for 6 days. Also, the order didn't show in the app. Web view was ok.”

“Amazing service all round. I bought a battery for my daughters car. She is working 4 hrs away from us so ordered it delivered from the local Euro to hers. It was delivered and fitted within hours of ordering. I was not expecting it to be fitted and was really pleased with the service.”

“Ordered brake pads online, when I collected I asked guy to confirm correct ones, he checked system and said yes. I then drove to garage on other side of Glasgow to get done and went back couple of hours later to be told they were wrong pads. Took them back to East Kilbride branch who checked again and said they didn't do brake pads for my merc !”
