“I ordered 4 sets of wiper blades (my car and my wife's car). I collected them in store, but when I got home and opened the boxes, the rear wiper blades were incorrect. It was a little anyoing having to go back and get them exchanged.”

“Service from the guy at the counter was very good however there was a long wait time due to there being a couple of problem customers. It was a shame not seeing him getting any support on the counter when someone towards the back of the line requested there be another person to come take care of the counter”

“Ordered my part. Less than 2 hours later the gentleman was at my door delivering it. I used the standard delivery as well so was super surprised. He rang to check he could pop it through the letterbox (there was no option for same day delivery) Part was exactly what I needed as well. What amazing service”

“Had the right parts in stock and ready for same day delivery. The parts were not required so returned to store in Carmrthen for a refund. They were accepted and I was told I would receive the refund back to my card, 2 weeks on I am still waiting for the refund.”
