“For the 2nd time been sold parts which don't fit the car. Firstly was an S2000 filter and now BMW Z4 E85. Bosch oil filter totally wrong. Forced to use an used filter.”

“Ordered a part for car that had broke down. I must point out I am not in the motor trade. I ordered the part on a Thursday afternoon with delivery noted as up to a working days. Was looking at no car for 3 days. The part arrived at est 10:30 the following morning & I had it fitted & car up & running by lunchtime. Can't fault Euro Car Parts in anyway”

“I did not recive a text or email confirming my order was ready for colletion . It was not possible to speak to anyone at the branch via phone. I took a chance the next day to collect. All was good . Staff were very good .”
