“If you don’t mind wasting half hour /45 minutes waiting in the Que then your fine One person on the till Que all the way to the door there was no rush or speed there wasn’t even a effort made to grab someone else for the till Then the time you got your stuff it was all other people that served later then you but got there stuff before you did The collection area was cluttered overall poor experience there was no speed or hurry just one speed setting which was mega slow”

“Parts fine. Service at Southampton branch very poor. One person serving, several out the back. Long queue. When questioned, told "its a one man job. If someone comes out and helps customers it means the other jobs aren't done". Doesn't help the customer does it!”
