“The prices are excellent and CUSTOMER SERVICE easy to work with. But I should really drop more than one Star because after waiting 10 days for delivery, I called them and was told it’s out of stock in the mail order warehouse. It turns out that it is in stock in my local warehouse and my nearest euro car parts store will get it in for me. So retail is five star but Mail order only three star therefore an average of four..”

“The oil filter didn't fit and I was unable to confirm if the spark plugs were the right ones because you access parts by a product code and not the item number. AI and Bosch says they are not listed for my car. I have yet to fit them so hope for the best.”
