“I will never buy again at your shop. I have purchased 5 items totalling £389 and I had to return 4 out of 5 because they didn't fit. On the website you offer few items that all should fit but in practice they don't. And yes, I've used the reg not the model. I have returned the 4 items and got refunded only for half of the amount due. Plus visiting the shop in person shows lack of care, attention, cleaning and not welcoming for customers”
