“Horrendous. I went in for a click and collect, four people ahead of me, waited 10 minutes and the qué didn't move. I asked the chap serving if anyone else was available and he said he was the only person working both serving and picking the whole warehouse. Obviously it's unsafe and unfair for him but also extremely unprofessional and inadequate for customer service. I looked online and saw I could get one in Screwfix so I left and went there and was in and out in five minutes. I definitely wouldn't use them again”

“Ordered engine oil and light bulbs in the morning for home delivery, expecting them to arrive a couple of days later. Amazingly, they arrived the very same day I ordered them, later that afternoon. Fantastic service.”

“I would have put zero if I could. We entered our car registration number, clicked on the parts listed for the job on your system, collected them - all brilliant. Then the mechanic came to do the work on our car and all the parts your system had for our car were incorrect!!! We now have a car up on blocks and waiting for the correct parts to come in from another supplier. We now have to drive to return the parts, pay the mechanic for coming out twice and have been without a car for a week! So we are out of pocket due to your system being incorrect - great service Euro Car Parts.”

“I ordered 2 parts using the eurocar parts system. Having dissembled the car I found neither were the correct part. I returned them the following day. Both returns were accepted but only one has been refunded. After 5 days I emailed customer service to enquire about my missing refund......5 further days later I have had not had a response or a refund..... pretty dreadful service tbh”

“I ordered 4 sets of wiper blades (my car and my wife's car). I collected them in store, but when I got home and opened the boxes, the rear wiper blades were incorrect. It was a little anyoing having to go back and get them exchanged.”
