“Ordering online was easy once I had decided what I needed, but 10 days later I am still waiting for Evri to deliver the battery. They are truly abysmal and rely on lies accusing their driver, who we know and is completely trustworthy, of trying to deliver to the wrong address to excuse their poor performance. If my vehicle had not been disabled, I would have used 'click & collect'.”

“What can i say eh? Euro Car Parts have held up thier part of the transacrion by promptly sending the item out to me, but you'll have to fogive me for reserving judgement till I actually recieve the item that was sent 'Next Day' by Evri for home delivery... 7 days since i placed the order and it still hasnt arrived. I suggest Euro Car Parts reconsider which courier outfits they use. Perhaps i shouldn't have written this revie whilst i was still hacked off with Evri customer service.”

“Ordered my service items more than 10 days ago now and still no sign of them, despite them advertising that the items would be with me in 3/4 days. I've escalated it to the Area Operations Manager but still no one has sent me the parts or, indeed, returned my funds to me. At this point, I've simply had my money taken from me.”

“Parts are ok and at least ths time they fit The problem is al the background work, abolutley stone age IT, aftermy collection I received 3 different emails I still needed my order. That does not look right if a simple click and collect could not been dealt with properly in the 21st century.”

“Used website to order parts for specific car. Collected parts. My mistake didnt check them on collection. When i got home it was the wrong part. Return next day and collected correct part. No big issue and easily resolved. This time.”

“I got everything… nothing wrong in that but I didn’t get any updates that where is my order, such as it’s left from the euro car parts area or it’s delivering what date. It was a surprise that my order arrived without any communication when it’s going to come and I did check app and website for updates it just showed order processing throughout.”
