“To be honest I had bad experiences pass 15 years shopping with euro car parts as store to store changes I have a gentleman in the phone helping my I dint thing euro car part is got this type of staff lovely man can you back he call me back 3 times to help me out and I whent pick up all the parts I bought for 2 vans”

“Ordered online for collection of headlight bulb before we went away on holiday and when I got to the New Hythe store I was told there was a stock issue and not got it. Customer service really poor with the staff member not even making eye contact when he apologised. Really poor service and was waiting for nearly 20 minutes whilst they tried to find it. Then Had to get a refund so even more delay to me setting off on holiday!!”

“Ordered it early morning at work, got home a few hours later, knock at the door and it was delivered. Best ever service I’ve ever had from a supplier. Driver said he was passing so dropped it off. 💯 recommend!!”

“When I went to Guildford on May 24th to pick up my click and colect items that I had previously paid for there was a member of staff there who explained that she could not serve any customers because the other member(s) of staff had not bothered to turn up. It was a hot and sunny bank holiday weekend so having a lazy day off was much more appealing than going to work and doing what you are paid to do and hang the severe inconvenience you cause your customers. We had to wait an hour before somebody else did turn up, Simply infuriating”

“2 stars given due to right purchase made online and waiting a few days for it to arrive to them store for collection. Desperately needed to fit on my car to then find out the completely wrong item was sent. It's not the 1st time. Staff at Bellingham are great, so 5 stars to them. Update:”
