“The order (via Evri) was not delivered to the 'Safe Place' as instructed. Product received was deficient. Customer services were not very concerned or helpful. As advised, returned product to local store. Waited beyond recommended time for refund, before which I had to deal with more overseas unhelpful customer services. Not professional. I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experiences.”

“N/S mirror glass for K13 Niissan Micra didn't fit due to NOK clip features on the backside of the mirror. Tried two brands but same issue. Went elsewhere online and found part that fitted perfectly.”

“Product flimsy and broke easily, not fit for purpose. Advertised as for 16 inch rims, but barely fit over my 16 inch rims and bent and snapped upon being gently pit on. Ordered online and when I called up to discuss refund / replacement, was told only way it could be sorted if i was to bring the product into a store, which i explained isnt very easy for me and was told thats all that can be done.”

“I bought a set of 3 wipers blades. The ordering and collection process were fine and I couldn't find any faults. However when I opened the pack to fit the blades later that evening the rear wipers blade was missing. As the windscreen wipers were more important and I was travelling early the following morning I felt unable to to raise the issue. The product, such as it is, works well.”
