“It will be a long time before I trust Euro Car parts with another order. One Thursday afternoon, I ordered 2 ignition coils for next day delivery (Friday between 0800 to 1800) Friday evening: No coils - I tried contacting customer support (Euro Car Parts website says available until 2000, but actually closed by 1815 - that needs fixing) Saturday morning: I got past the obligatory chatbot just after 0900 and in the session I was promised a response within 24 hours. When I complained that was unacceptable as the parts were already a day late, and I needed to know what was happening sooner - I was told the local store would contact me that day. Saturday Evening: No contact from any at Euro Car Parts. Sunday morning: A single coil turns up. Remember, I'd ordered 2. Monday Morning: I was promised the second coil that day. Evening came and no coil. Tuesday Morning: The second coil turns up at 0810. Only 4 days late. Now, things go wrong in life - it's unavoidable, and it's at that point the true quality of a company is brought to light in how the solve the problem and recover the situation. A litany of unkept promises over 5 days gives me no confidence I can deal with Euro Car Parts reliably ever again. One star because both ignition coils did eventually turn up.”

“Eurocarparts are fantastic...stock the right products, excellent service. 5 stars. Evri however are abysmal...they were unable to deliver my parcel, didn't say why, did not respond to my enquiry. The parcel was damaged and had to be returned to ECP. ECP were able to get a second package to me after I called them and they worked out what had happened...but overall turnaround almost 2 weeks. Not the first time this has happened with Evri. They are tarnishing the reputation of ECP...I strongly recommend they switch to a different courier. I will be shopping in store in the future. Sorry, ECP.”

“Service could not be faulted. The item itself was slightly more fragile than I expected and the instructions were not the clearest. I tried to pump out with the two red tubes attached but this did not work well as the tube on the inlet side collapsed - stopping the flow. A more rubust tube would have prevented this.”

“Eurocarparts are the best and cheapest for car spares. I have always bought my oil, wipers, bulbs, batteries and other parts from these guys as they are the cheapest around and always helpful. They also deliver free over £25. 10/10 great stuff!”

“This poorly rated review stems from an abortive order for a space saver spare wheel. At the time of writing, I am being asked to review my experience of the purchase, but 10 days from placing my order, I am still awaiting delivery with no contact from the courier, Evri, who have failed to deliver and have seemingly lost the item and compounded this with further failure to deliver it's replacement. LKQ customer services have tried in vain to shift things along but I fear that continuing to entrust deliveries with a courier company, which is unfit for any purpose, is throwing a bad light on Euro Car Parts as a result. I am £200 down and still no spare wheel in sight. What sort of review did you expect ? Unable to recommend unless the couriers are changed.”
