“Sent me wrong parts again 2nd time iv had wrong parts from them when asked staff to check the others all i got was well they should fit, and didnt even check for me and the server did not seem interested one bit”

“I was disappointed with recent service ... the part supplied had bits missing, was damaged & was in a dirty, damaged box. As I live several miles away I phoned your branch in Burgess Hill to explain the problem & request a replacement be delivered ... I was told ( politely ) this was not company policy & as a result I had to make another lengthy journey to make the exchange.”

“I made an order online, when i went to pick up i released it wasn't the correct parts so asked for a refund and ordered the correct parts and paid. I released after a week the money still not been refunded and when i called up they said to wait over the weekend and its in tye second week and still waiting.”

“It’s a low rating unfortunately, I ordered a rear right brake caliper and received a rear left instead, this only became apparent after fitment. After some investigation I worked out the caliper was not what I ordered. To compound the problem I found that you cannot call the place of issue direct but only to some call centre who where of no help! The part cost £184 I have now been forced to buy the correct part elsewhere so as to ensure it’s correct.”

“Very poor experience. I ordered a battery for same day delivery but had to wait 4 days for it to arrive. Customer services were polite but ineffectual and appeared to be unwilling to listen to underlying problems and rarely responded to requests for written confirmation.”

“Ordering online was easy once I had decided what I needed, but 10 days later I am still waiting for Evri to deliver the battery. They are truly abysmal and rely on lies accusing their driver, who we know and is completely trustworthy, of trying to deliver to the wrong address to excuse their poor performance. If my vehicle had not been disabled, I would have used 'click & collect'.”
