“Ordered on Saturday didn't get item until after I phoned a London helpline on Thursday they got in touch with Bellshill Depot and I got the part two hours after that call abit longer than 3 to 4 days which I paid for”

“First time ordering from Euro Car Parts, cheaper for what I was looking for and got a nice discount on my first order. Kept up to date with the delivery and was delivered by a friendly driver, who was respectful of the property, kept to the delivery time frame. “Always reliable , very reasonably priced, Great that you know you are buying the correct product for your car as they go on your vehicle registration. Ordered online and just went and picked up ready for our mechanic. Used Euro car parts a number of times over past couple of years and never had any issues with any parts purchased, so proves quality. Highly recommend.”

“A 2007 normally aspirated honda jazz doesn’t require QX C3 spec. oil but your vehicle part selector said it was. (Latest models or turbo cars perhaps.) Funnily enough 2 years ago your chart did specify the A3/B4 spec. (£30) which I bought and have used for 12k. However, The chart now says A3/B4 is not suitable for my car! What has changed? Nothing! But This looks like a sly attempt by Eurocarparts to upsell me some very expensive oil that isn’t required. I’ll carry on with the A3/B4 and save £20 thanks, nice try”

“Ordered some brake pads and discs , missed the delivery and have called 4 times over a week to get redelivery , have been on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time and today they hung up on me. Still no parts delivered , still having to borrow a friend’s car . Great prices, terrible customer service”

“Very quick pick up with order ready and correct. Only concern when ordering was the comment of different fittings for the same part (front disks and pads) when given the car reg but all fitted perfectly, and a much easier job than predicted in on line videos..... nothing was rusted on.”
