“Terrible experience. Ordered online to collect which also included a discount code. Went to collect within the timeframe they set out and was told it had been cancelled by them so if I wanted it I would have to place a new order at the till. As this was their error I asked for the discount to be honoured, I was told they can’t do that so have to pay full price. Ridiculous bait and switch but I needed the parts so had no choice but to buy them there and then. Complaint logged but no response as of yet. I am expecting the difference to be refunded as this was their mistake not mine.”

“This will probably be my last visit to Euro car parts. I click and collected an order, however it felt like I was a nuisance, when I actually went to collect it! One item wasn’t even what I wanted, but I didn’t dare mention it. The guy was rude to the customer before me too. As well as having to wait ages for someone to come out and serve”

“I ordered 4 spark plugs from Euro Car Parts. I had four boxes delivered but only 3 plugs and these boxes were all opened before I opened the whole package. So, customer care was not a priority in this case. However, I spoke to customer service and they resolved the issue straight away and sent the missing plug. The extra plug arrived at around midnight the next day and was left by the gate. That is a delivery issue.”

“Went into store and asked for brake cleaner spray and got told by counter "as you can see none left pointing on the shelf" so asked any other brand you have as I really need them..replay: "delivery is coming at 3.3pm" Went back to car and run through website found Holts brake cleaner, added 10x to basket and run through collection...Luton store - 16 in stock!!! So placed and went back showed order no and he said "oh yes had them" so I asked 10min ago for any other and you said none - delivery 3.30pm????replay "oh yeah, you know they are expensive and people dont buy them" What a "lovely" experience... Store staff completly usless and indolent...”

“Ordered the part on line, for collection the same da (a Saturday) went to the depot I ordered it from, presented myself at the counter and was dealt with promptly and courteously. Checked that the part was the correct and was assure it was. It was!”
