“When you go later in the day there is nowhere to park, all the spaces are taken by their vans, including the disabled spaces. I collected the next day but for a few days after you kept emailing me asking if I still wanted the goods, your system hadn't registered I had been.”

“Ordered a control modulke, drove 30 miles to collect it and luckily for me I opened it to check whilst at the counter, it was obviously VERY used and not brand new, I was refused a refund and told to collect a "new" one next day, however I went back as instructed and demanded a refund having purchased one elsewhere, overall a very poor service.”

“I ordered a part online from the Blackpool store primarily to make sure it was in stock which it was. I collected the item within 30 minutes. The part was of great quality and very reasonably priced. The reason for only a 4 star review is that I have since been pestered with four subsequent emails asking me to collect the part ordered despite having done so as shown above.”

“Ordered air filter for click and collect next day, went to collect filter and the box was soiled and had clearly been opened. Opened the box to find the filter was covered in black oily marks. Asked for a replacement and had to return following day for it.”

“Parts l needed were easy to find online and simple to order and collect from my local branch. There were more than four items so it qualifed for 25% dicount. Car now working perfectly for little outlay. I did get 4 reminders to collect AFTER l had already collected but no problem , just a small admin error l am sure. Robert Jones”

“One till open, queue was out the door. Took over half an hour, all I was getting was a spark plug. Need to have separate tills for returns and collections. People ahead of me not reqlly knowing what they wanted and taking forever.”
