“Great customer service. Great price. Was unsure so I phoned and they answered all my questions. Then made my choice and ordered online. Pick up was easy. Staff member carried heavy item to the car for me. All good. Thank you.”

“Stoplock was good price but the wait to pick it up was not acceptable. There was just one young man serving and a queue of 7-8 people, all bar one and myself , were buying and paying. Surely the idea of click and collect is that you go into store and pick up immediately , NOT have to wait 30-35 mins with everyone. I am not criticising the server, he could only go so fast, but the system. Appalling!”

“Great attention to detail at the wrexham branch, I reserved part online that i thought were right for my vehicle , but when i got to the branch te guy behind the counter was very helpful and let me know there is two variations . he looked into it and and found me the correct parts. Thanks and will use again.”
