“Easy online shopping and ordering. The self-collect service at a local shop can mean getting car parts quick and at buyers convenience. In practice it does not always work well and recent experience of not having the part for collection when at shop was unapologetic and simply told to come the following day. I have collected the item but did receive emails repeatedly to collect item suggesting something is amiss in the process of tracking and auditing of parts on their journey from supplier to shop to customer. In this case it had little impact on me other than the cost in time and money made of the journey. Goodwill is a vital part of business survival and ECP do need to look at this as it has happened before (more than twice). Good luck.”

“I was really happy with my purchase order from euro car parts as my order was placed and I collected it 2days later. The alternator was a straight forward swap and is working well. They were also really competitive with their price.”

“Euro Car Parts were excellent to deal with. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my order was picked incredibly quickly. The price I paid was cheaper than anywhere else I checked, which was a real bonus. The only downside was that even after I had already collected my item, I kept getting daily reminder emails to pick it up. That was a bit frustrating, as clearly the system hadn’t updated properly. Aside from that, a great experience overall.”

“I purchased a battery for my car after using the service they provided to match my number plate to the “correct” battery. This is however did not provide the correct battery, I am also yet to receive my refund which was promised 3-5 days after my return, it has been over a week.”
