“Generally the prices are good and the service within the Loughborough branch is great! Nearly always in stock ready for collection and if not available next day. What makes the absolute difference is if the product is faulty or simply not up to standard Customer Service gets in touch and sorts it out without any hassle at all…happy customer that will co tiniest to shop at Eiuro Car Parts for the foreseeable future. “Ordered online thinking it would be a quick collection. Wrong ! 12 people waiting when I arrived and the poor girl on the till could only hand out orders in between serving more customers arriving. Waited over 30 minutes. Hopefully this was a one off situation she was in.”
