“I bought spare parts from euro car parts. I needed to return some parts. After a successful return at their Woodford warehouse I have been still waiting for a refund. No email from them to clearly advise that when the refund will be processed. Also at the warehouse the staff didn't provide the complete information of their refund procedure. Its been over 10 days now but no news from euro car parts.”

“No problem ordering, with local stock availability on line. No problem picking up and paying. However, getting the pointless emails saying my parts are ready, and need paying for when they were already fitted, is really annoying. Even more so when they are repeated.”
