“The price was better than any other seller was offering for what I purchased. This is the first time I had purchased from ECP - and I had expected the items to arrive by courier in a cardboard box ... however the delivery driver turned up with the items in a black plastic box which he emptied out - he said he has to keep the plastic box for other deliveries - so no box to keep the items together in. Other than that no other issues.”

“I went up two days in a row the first I was in the parts room on my own for ten mins I could have taken anything I went into office in the end the looked shocked then day two grumpy girl not very clued up on cars got other customers items wrong wasn't really listening to what they was asking her had her hand bag round her shoulder with coat on just floating about getting parts no urgency even when line of people got longer no one came out to help just awfully slow service no very professional at all I will avoid this Hemel branch like the plague”

“Items were fine when I eventually got them. Ordered on a Saturday and paid £6.95 for priority delivery at which point it told me delivery would be on or before the Monday. Finally received on the Friday. Not overly impressed 😒”
