“Absolutely disgraceful how you can't return some parts to any euro car parts shop that you have ordered online and no longer need . You can't post them do I'd have to travel 1 and half hours and then back just to get my money refunded”

“I've been using Euro Parts for past 10 years, I do try to order online to the night picking parts up and the guys behind the counter always double check n even cross reference with vauxhall when required so I'm.... well n truly sticking with Euro Parts till the end of time...👏👏👏👍”

“Hopeless - ordered part for collection next day at 8.15am and was told to go back again at 10.30am when they would give me the part and a refund! Went back and got the part but they had changed their mind about doing the refund- cocked up my day completely due to customer collecting a vehicle.”

“Easy to use website, unfortunately incorrect parts supplied. Servicing sons car, changed brake caliper, too narrow to fit new pads, had to fit the old ones. Luckily plenty of meat left for safe driving, was MOT time so had to fit incorrect part to keep mobile.”
