“Paid for next day delivery and didn't arrive. Impossible to contact customer services, just computers. Finally spoke to someone via sales ( surprise surprise) who was helpful and sorted delivery and refund of delivery charges.”

“Ordered online, said 3-4 working days for delivery. No tracking info at all. Called on a saturday to chase but told lines are closed despite on the order email it says open saturday. Called again on the monday and were told the order was just sat at my local ECP branch. Eventually came to me a few hours later.”

“I have visited your Milton Keynes store a few times.And there is one thing I noticed , you don't have enough staff at the front of the store .. Customer are left standing around unnecessarily for ages , even when they have ordered for click and collect.. which the point of click and collect is not to be standing around waiting to be served ..please could you address this issue..thanks”

“Ordering and delivery was great as usual, have used them for years, unfortunately on this occasion the rear back box I received had leaks around the weld, I was unable to exchange it as it was booked in for re test, my only option was to use exhaust paste around the weld…not great on a new part.”
