“Excellent service. I order this item early on the morning, picking standard delivery (3-4 days) rather than the more expensive same-day option. They arrived in just 90 minutes! Sadly the items were a bit fragile, with a couple of tabs snapping off during installation (fixed using the cable ties supplied) and they look great. But as far as service goes, unbelievable!”

“I was not satisfied with the service. I ordered a battery for my car on the 17th of March and according to their website they said it takes 3-4 working days to be delivered but I didn’t get it until the 26th. The Slough branch lady I spoke to was very rude.”

“Ordered filter with free 3-4 day delivery on the Monday still hadn't received the item Friday pm tried to call but couldn't get to speak to anyone, called on the Saturday morning to be told someone from my nearest branch would call me back. Branch called me and said they couldn't deliver until the Monday, had to drive to branch in the end to collect the part.”

“Was looking for a bearing puller found a set online at Euro parts. Placed order to collect and pay on collection. Arrived pickup up items paid . Very simple no stress staff friendly and gave me prices for a future project. Same experience as always . No fuss and easy. Always recommend Ruro parts prices are very good so much so you can order same parts from other part suppliers same make but more affordable. I will be back as usual”
