“Worse service ever paid for everything. Took them 15 mins to find the wrong antifreeze who's I had to correct and pull them up on. Asked me to pick something up from the shelf and then took another 5 mins to tell me they didn't have the screenwash that I ordered for an online pick up. All in all I was waiting for 25 mins in the shop to get the wrong antifreeze a bottle I picked up and no screenwash. I ended up returning everything there and then. What a waste of time going there. With the worst service I've ever seen.”

“There is no sense of urgency or customer empathy at the counter . Long queues where lethargic staff serve on a single computer . No efforts made to open up the second serving station when queues form long unnecessary waits as though my time is not important ! I now avoid going ! Recently staff tried to palm me off with a box opened second hand alternator , when I pointed it out I had to revisit so a new one could be brought to the store in Basildon poor service poor standards of quality control .”

“I needed a part for my car, used my license plate to see if it was the correct part for it. Ordered the part online for express delivery for the next day. Didn't get it for the next day, got it 2 days later. When I got the part, it wasn't even the part I ordered. Went to the Southampton branch to see what was going on. No apologies for inconvenience, just blaming me for ordering the wrong part. Got told I will get a full refund and it will be processed on 15th Dec and I'm still waiting for it.”

“If everything had gone perfectly it would have been easy to give a 5 star review but things did not go perfectly. However the customer service team were brilliant and deserving of a six star rating. Communication was both by email and telephone.”
