“Very simple and easy to collect car parts and the method of paying before of after is excellent however sometimes few parts do not actually fit which says it does but its understandable and the refund process is quick and easy.”

“Corsa D coil pack. Ordered on line for collection as original part decided to break when changing spark plug. Despite a lengthy queue of people not knowing what they wanted, when it was my turn, part was passed over in less than 5 minutes. Great service.”

“Bought a tyre picture repair kit online. Went to collect it on a Saturday and the queue was up to the door with only one person on the till. Waited nearly 20 mins to get served but the till assistant was polite and good”

“Hi, I am a mobile mechanic. In the past I have complained to the Luton branch manager about staff disrespect towards me. Return cannot not be done on the weekend, at times you need to order online because at the weekend orders are not acceptable in the branch (labelled on the front door). I am a mechanic, depending with you you speak on the phone the prices can vary from a retail price to a 50% discount. I work for Fixmycar online website. I buy a lots of parts but not from Eurocarparts because often their parts are very expensive so I do not bother to call them anymore during the week. I just call eurocarparts at the weekend when the other car parts shops are close and I am desperate. Parts very expensive, poor customer service. I prefer Napa in Luton as their staff are mature and respectful and the parts prices are often cheaper.”
