“Utterly useless. Ordered part as vehicle broke down on a Friday going on booked holiday. Obviously it was an emergency. Called local branch a few times ( first complaint stated on line branch had part) was told no stock kept. Explained the emergency and was told to order online as quicker and would be delivered tomorrow morning 8.00 - 9.00am. Placed the order and got confirmation ordered at 3pm. Next after waiting till 10am phoned branch to be told that I ordered at 7.45am that morning and that the part would take a few days to come( this is after speaking to the branch and being informed next day) I phoned customer service and was apologed for the problem that had arisen. I then had the branch manager call and again apologised and said it had been ordered at 7.45am. I explained that I had an email confirmation that the order was placed at 3pm the previous day. Two days later the part arrived ( to late fo our holiday) the delivery man again apologised for the bad service. A few hours later some lady from head office phoned and claimed ( no apology and quite rude). She claimed that the were not at fault as I had placed the order after the cut off time of 4pm. I tried to tell her that I had a confirmation email that the order was placed at 3pm. Question - why so many apologies, why were times placed order different from confirmation of email. Why was it made out to be my fault and no apologies from head office after calling me a liar. No compensation or email of apologies. Lost holiday, mechanic on standby to fit part. IF YOU USE EURO PARTS YOU DO AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DO NOT TRUST THEM! ,”

“I dealt with the manager at Folkestone and though what I wanted was not in stock the part arrived before lunchtime. Two hours quicker than the AA! Very impressed. ( Not with the AA!)”
