“First of all the Milton Keynes branch seems to have completely lost its way with customer satisfaction. There are now no emails or messages to let you know your order is ready for collection. In the branch there seems to be no one in the warehouse picking the orders. Often the counter staff have to go off to find the parts. Therefore the waiting time is now 20-30 minutes with huge queues of agitated customers. Then this week to top it all, a replacement part I reordered as the previous one purchased had failed, was supposed to be available for collection on Saturday morning. Ater queuing for 20 minutes to get to the front desk, no-one could fine the ordered part on site. Shocking service! As I said what's going on in the local MK branch?”

“After receiving my order I took the parts which I had ordered according to my reg no only for the parts to be wrong . Then to be told it was I whom must of made a mistake even though I had ordered on the specific reg plate . Which I think was appalling . The pack was taped up when I got it when my mechanic opened the item they were not in the plastic wrapping and had grease on them like they had been opened before . There where two different labels on the pack one said it was for a qashqai the other said they were for another vehicle . Not a very good experience all in all”

“Ordered front discs and pads for in store collection, collected them, took them home and started fitting them but found the caliper would not fit over the discs with the new pads in, found they had given me rear discs instead, same diameter but slightly different shape of hub. Euro Car Parts would not deliver the front discs to me as they did not have a driver in so I had to refit the old disc and drive to them to swap them. Not very good customer service for the 3rd time!”
