“In general I am satisfied with the service I received from Euro Car Parts. The items I purchased were great quality and fitted well. They were expensive but this is reflected in the quality and fit being original equipment. It would have been 5 stars but for the waiting time at the service desk in Bedford store. I felt sorry for the sole customer service person who was doing his best with the large number of customers. I could hear there other staff talking behind the screens but the sole customer service person appeared to have to collect the parts as well as serve customers which led to delays in serving customers and reflecting badly on Euro Car Parts.”

“Every time I go to Euro Car Parts the queue is crazy long. Service is slow. Not the fault if the guy serving but the whole system seems to be poor. Last time I was there, the guy in the front of the queue kept everyone waiting for ages while he checked for an email receipt on his phone, from months ago. Unbelievably bad but nothing surprises me about this place. If I can get parts elsewhere, I usually do so.”

“I have been dealing with Europarts for many years but on the most recent occasion and for the first time ever, was given the wrong discs. Unfortunately I had almost completed the first disc when I discovered I could not fit the wheel as the wheels centres were wrong. This was so frustrating as I was cold, tired and my back was aching. Anyway I stripped the disc back down and returned them to Europarts. This was rather frustrating as your computer showed my registration number showed it to be a Honda Jazz and then a Jaguar.(it is a Micra) However that reaction of your staff was excellent and soon resolved the matter and gave me the correct disc. So,apart from the frustrating experience of stripping the disk down and returning it in an additional journey from Seaton Delaval to Gateshead and then the computer problem, your staff saved the day and I got home in time to fit the disc yet again, without any problem. Please thank your staff Laura and a chap from the telephone sales section who saved the day on Saurday, 28 March 2026. Ray Charlton”
