“I thought the service I recieved in your Bolton branch Sunday 19th September was awful and you can see I didn't pick my items up as I have no intention of using your services again. I reserved 3 items for collection, the night before. Now I admit my error for not checking the correspondance that collection date wasn't until Tuesday but usually with click and collect in most businesses, it's a couple of hours not a couple of days. When I arrived at the branch which wasn't paticurlarly busy but their was 4 /5 customers hanging around and a colleague on the till, a good few minutes of tapping away before I was acknorledged. I past him my order number, some more tapping and a point to say "Tuesday" and that was it. my interaction was over. If this would of been handled in any other way I would of suggested him processing it as an order today so I could collect. I'd prefer that to of been his suggestion but it seemed I was an inconvinience by wanting to spend some money, so I left and let the order cancel, which has been refunded. Halford over the road however, whilst more expensive, i was in and out in 30 minutes and thanked for my business.”

“Everything was great except for one problem, which was important. I bought oil and filter on click and collect, by my usual method of entering the car registration and selecting the lowest cost items suggested by ECP. At home I drained the oil and was about to refill with what I'd bought, but first checked the approvals on the carton. The spec for my car wasn't listed - MB229.51 - but I had been supplied with MB229.5. I checked in the technical section of the car handbook, and it seems the oil I was supplied with is for a petrol car, but mine is diesel. I called ECP and explained to someone who, after a period of silence, said he'd checked online and the oil was approved by the manufacturer's dealer network. I still didn't feel confident to use it, and ECP accepted the return and refunded my account with no problems. I'll definitely continue to use ECP, I'll just be a bit more diligent in checking what I'm using.”

“Ordered a car battery on the web site Put my correct registration in Went down and collected it and took to my mechanic who took off the old battery only to find the new one was the wrong battery for my car Even though the euro parts site had allocated this battery Had to put the old battery back on and take it back for a refund.mechanic sourced another one for me that was cheaper and correct All in all a wasted two hours”
