“Absolute shambles. Picked up part and took it to my mechanic to place heated mirror in place. When he opened, it was cracked and damaged. A total waste of £37!!! I wished i checked when i picked up at the branch.”

“One of the spark plugs exploded on the motorway also damaging the coil pack. The garage thinks the spark plug must have been faulty. The spark lost about 1 inch of ceramic and the coil plug completely lost its bottom half. The car is now in the garage awaiting to see if the missing parts have entered the engine?”

“This review is not aimed at the staff working at the branches, they are always helpful and friendly. The issue I have is with the parts catalogue and how parts are assigned to your car. I started by putting my reg in and the rear brake discs and pads for my car came up, I select the ones I want, pay, then go and collect. The parts turned out to be wrong and did not fit. I tried again, this time with my vehicle spec instead on reg, and that brought up a different selection of parts, so I bought them, picked them up and tried them, wrong again. I went back to the store with my vin number and the correct parts were identified by the staff, but they were out of stock. Once that saga was behind me, I then decided to do the front discs and exactly the same thing happened, I had to go 4 times to get the right parts. Each time having to jack up my car, strip the brakes down, find out the parts don't fit, box it up and drive back to the shop. There are fundamental flaws with the way parts are associated with a vehicle reg and extreme care should be taken before you purchase. Where possible, you should take the old part with you and check it in store.”

“I wasn't impressed with the Peterborough branch at all. I had to wait 10 to 15 mins to even get served. There were people out the back who kept coming and looking into the shop but only one person was serving and there were 4 of us waiting. Another guy came out to help with a problem and then walked off and left everyone waiting. This waa my first and last visit. Very poor service!”
