“Ordered a car battery on the web site Put my correct registration in Went down and collected it and took to my mechanic who took off the old battery only to find the new one was the wrong battery for my car Even though the euro parts site had allocated this battery Had to put the old battery back on and take it back for a refund.mechanic sourced another one for me that was cheaper and correct All in all a wasted two hours”

“Ordered parts for two cars for collection at Peterborough branch. Arrived and stood at the counter for 5 or 6 minutes before any sign of a staff member. When he finally arrived he took my order details and went off with his pick list. A few minutes later he came back with two sets of oil and air filters for the same car. I explained that this was wrong and that I had ordered filters for two different cars and he said I don't think we have the bits in stock even though they were shown as in stock on line [I checked while standing there] He then got the supervisor who spent another 10 minutes to find the missing parts... To sum up I got the parts in the end but it took 25mins to complete. I feel that the Peterborough branch is totally under staffed for the general public and geared towards deliveries to garages. this is by no way the first time this has happened and I have written reviews about this before. Parts at a reasonable price but absolutely shocking service.”
