“The parts were in stock, when I went to collect them, my reservation had apparently been cancelled. I could have the parts but the shop would not honour the blue light discount in store. Not the end of the world, but a bit of poor service.”

“Paid for next day delivery for a car battery, which was needed to take my ill father to hospital for surgery.. the battery didn't arrive on time and we had to get taxis at a cost of £76, I had to chase up for the battery to be delivered 2 days late!! I am still waiting conformation for a refund for the next day delivery charge.. I'll be honest I very much doubt I'll use euro car parts again.. the service is just not good enough”
