“Needed a battery PDQ for my 1964 Mini. Ordered an 030 for collection, then changed my mind to an Exide. Collected the alternative battery the next morning, and the car was back up and running in less than 24 hrs after original battery failure. Not the cheapest solution, but probably the quickest.”

“bought a 5 ltr can of engine oil , i ordered it online and went to collect it , when i got inside the store i noticed it was £2 cheaper in store than it was online so i purchased it in store , note to myself never pay upfront on online orders as it is cheaper in store”

“Worse service ever paid for everything. Took them 15 mins to find the wrong antifreeze who's I had to correct and pull them up on. Asked me to pick something up from the shelf and then took another 5 mins to tell me they didn't have the screenwash that I ordered for an online pick up. All in all I was waiting for 25 mins in the shop to get the wrong antifreeze a bottle I picked up and no screenwash. I ended up returning everything there and then. What a waste of time going there. With the worst service I've ever seen.”
