“The other week I ordered some brake pipes. Unfortunately, I did not need them, so I took the trouble to phone their customer service to cancel. The young lady called the branch to confirm. I keep getting reminders to collect, and no sign of my refund. Poor service”

“Your online site is easy to understand and has multiple choices on brands and price. Unfortunately this is all let down by your delivery. 3 to 4 days is a lifetime and when compounded by incompetence by Evri it makes you think why bother. I would certainly think twice before ordering anything more if Evri are the courier.”

“3rd time visiting Euro Car Parts in Milton Keynes shop(Bletchley). 1st time: went to store and paid an online order, great, waiting time less than 5 minutes. 2nd time: paid at the counter for a washer, after making the payment, waitted 20 minutes, fed up and left without it. 3rd time: paid at the counter and after making payment, waited about 20 minutes to get my two items. The poor guy at the counter were dealing with a queue of more than 10 customers, he's alright. Overall, I'd say it's not a good experience, I'll change to other suppliers. twice I have to wait for about 20 minutes after paying for my items. I left the shop without getting my item (a washer) as I”

“I'm unhappy because I haven't received my order. The store's explanation was that they apparently tried to deliver my order three times, but no one was home and they left a notice. This is impossible because I live in a twelve-apartment building and entry is only possible through an intercom, so I don't know where they left this notice. They had my phone number, so they should have informed me in advance about the delivery, instead of me having to take three or four days off work and wait for them.”

“I ordered the part online for delivery and I was waiting for my parts for 4 days without any update on the delivery date until I called them then I went to collect them myself. So it was really a disappointment for me and I wouldn’t be ordering parts for delivery again in the future.”

“Was initially happy with ordering and the price of pads and discs for my car , put in my registration plate and my car came up correctly so I placed my order, booked a appointment to get them fitted, now dropped off car and then get a phone call from garage saying that the discs are too big and don’t fit the car, come on euro car parts not good enough!!!!”
