“I brought brake pads based on your site telling me they fit. Yes you have warning and such but why would I not trust you. Took my brakes apart and they don’t fit. Had to contact customer care to find the right ones and haven’t had time to pick them up or return the wrong ones because the day I put aside for this was wasted.”

“Having purchased windscreen wipers through Amazon when they arrived they were wrong. Went to local Europarts website, ordered the parts and went to collect them. The staff were excellent and helpful. Allowed me to exam the parts to ensure they were correct before paying. Great customer service.”

“Did not know what to expect its my fist time ordering from them the part did come the following day delivery charge was expensive for how close I am to the disturbing depo I think within 3 miles from where I live the part was a good fit and seams like decent quality”

“I have been ordering parts from Euro Car Parts for several years now. Never a lot and very infrequently but I always find them to be very helpful even if I haven't found the part I want online. On this occasion I wanted a air filter and pollen filter for my Hyundai Ioniq. Both filters were in stock and I could have vlecyed them the same day as my order.”
