“Euro Car Parts are really only useful for convenience when you need something immediately. Their prices are generally quite high, and while discount codes help, they only bring the cost closer to what the product should actually be worth — not a genuine bargain. I understand that in the past, options for sourcing car parts were limited, but times have changed. Online suppliers now offer a much wider range of parts, often with free next-day delivery and significantly better prices. Euro Car Parts still serve their purpose for trade customers who benefit from specific discounts, and that’s perfectly fine. However, for mobile mechanics who need to stay competitive on pricing, other online options are usually far more cost-effective.”

“I like Europe car parts but on this occasion things didn’t work very well. I ordered three items online for collection from my local branch. Got the email say items would be ready to collect after 3:30 the following day but when I went only two items there so had to make an unnecessary second trip to pick up the third item. Not the end of the world but would have liked notification there was a problem so not to make a wasted trip.”

“Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered a DMF and have been let down so badly. Worse still my best customer just gutted! Such a simple order and seemingly the warehouse cannot communicate with their escalation team? Has d to believe I know. When a customer orders part/parts they want them ASAP certainly s ooo me thing wrong here but does not help my business as bad news travels fast! Cannot answer some of questions as asking was it delivered in time?? Not delivered at all!”
