“Ordered online. Spent 100 pounds plus to get the best discount. Given wrong part so had to travel back to the store. Still waiting for refund its now 8 days later. Upon giving me correct part of my order then charging me full price as this part of my order did not qualify as now under 100 pounds and they dont give you any discount over the counter instore. Rediculous....”

“I bought a 'replacement' battery for a 2004 Mazda MX-5 from your Crayford branch which was entirely different to the one fitted to the car and just wouldn't fit in the battery tray and couldn't be secured. I returned the item within about an hour and nothing in stock would match the original which I took in to show the helpful counter assistant who offered me a full refund - which I accepted. I was told it would take a few days for my card to be credited with the amount. Since then I have had repeated reminders that my part is waiting for collection and there has been no sign (after ten days) of a refund to my card. I don't know what's going on there, but I don't call this satisfactory service.”
