“I never made a purchase in the end, just reserved an item, but found I did not need it. I couldnot un reserve it for some reason, which is a bit strange, so just had to leave in my basket untill you removed it. It would be much better for everyone if the buyer could un reserve items.”

“Five out of five stars for having the exhaust back box forc2006 Prius in stock for collection when I needed it, but **ZERO** out of five stars for losing the order for the middle silencer unit I ordered for delivery. Took the money for the unit, 3-4 days std delivery, a week later no parts. Phoned customer service - they promised to create a manual order and email me that they'd done so, that was three days ago. No contact, no parts. This is the second time this has happened. When it works, it's a fabulous service. When it doesn't, you're stuffed.”
