“Collected a battery that your online parts finder said would fit - it didn't so had to return it. Saleperson's attitude was that it was somehow my fault (no apology for my inconvenience). I was quoted 130 minimum price for the battery I needed so I left it. At home did a Google search and low and behold Euro car parts had the correct battery in stock for £66. Went back to shop again (3rd time) - different salesperson on the counter. Sick of staff trying to rip me off - what a scam!”

“The front counter staff member needs to polish his customer facing skills. Couldn't find the item and then presented the credit card payment pad in a way that it was difficult to shield pin no input from another customer at the counter.”
