“I have bought the front and rear brake pads for my Audi A1 with my REG input to their online system. I selected the Brembo break pad from the list provided and my mechanic said the one I got can't fit my car. I brought it back to their sales office and found out that the one they gave me is for the older generation. It waste my time to bring it back for the correct item and need to wait for the mechanic again.”

“Sometimes on busy periods you have one person serving on the counter which sort of holds the queue back for a considerable amount of time. I wish you can do with two personal since you already have another computer on the counter.”

“My delivery arrived in very bad condition. Bottles were loose and the nozzle was broken. I tried to return it, but the return process does not even work. The branch it came from was AG, and the customer service has been terrible both in person and online. Very disappointing experience — I will not be using this service again.”
