“The car mats that I was given was not even the correct brand or the correct material. Person on the till confirmed that the item number on the item matched the item number to what I had ordered online - when ordering online you put in your vehicle reg/details to get tailored car mats. For my vehicle, it came up with Sakura car mats for a Mk2 Qashqai - item number 947700277. However, for what I was given, the brand was wrong (can’t remember the name but it was for a Honda CRV. I was told it could be ordered again but he couldn’t guarantee the wrong mats wouldn’t turn up again. Terrible waste of my time, and obviously not happy the item wasn’t even right. Never ordering from here again.”

“Ordered a wiper blade. Said it should be available for collection at 15.30. Showed in stock on the website. My lad went to pick the item up at 16.15 and there was no stock. Shipment had not arrived. I then 5 days later got an email saying my item was ready for collection. Not the best service I think. Always had great service in the past. Loads of text messages. Not this time though.”

“1st class service, did an online click/collect order from Newark branch as I was passing through there on my way home, stripped front brakes down, wrong parts, phoned up explained the situation, correct parts sorted for pickup/exchange at the Doncaster branch. Exchanged the parts following day, refund processed. Staff were excellent, great systems in place service really appreciated”

“Collection of parts was fine, but one man serving an endless queue ? he's been there for years and hes fried his hair grey and is bald, help him out and get another person on the till with him, everyone in the queue gets stressed out and putting all that tension on one man is sickening”
