“Normally a good service but not this time allowed me to order parts to pickup at store arrived at store to be told parts will not be available till the Monday this was on Friday car was booked for a service on the Saturday had to rearrange everything because you take 24hrs to update your stock list what a joke”

“Given the high price ECP charged I thought I was paying for a 'Premium' Mahle radiator, the one that I received was a 'Standard' ..... denoted by the letter S after the part number. Hose clips were in stock when ordered but couldn't be found when picking up. Click and collect doesn't seem to work like other retailers where the product is ready when you go. The swearing and bad language used by the staff behind the scenes was clearly audible front of counter when trying to locate my hoseclips ... very unprofessional and unacceptable.”

“These Bosch wiper blades were purchased because Renault have ceased listing the wiper blades for my car. Very happy with the Bosch blades which do an excellent job. Great service from Euro Car Parts in store.”
