“I ordered break disc's and pads using my license plate online, my car is standard no altercations so should be straight forward, the part i wanted had 30% off and I stock all good so far. I travelled a 25 minute drive and got the parts, on changing the breaks though the disc's were fine but the pads wrong. I had to borrow a van to go get the right parts by taking the old disc's with me, then as an extra kick I am told because I ordered online and the new part is in-store the 30% discount is no longer valid so I had to pay the difference. So to sum up euro car parts part finder found the wrong parts. I had to borrow a vehicle and do a 50 minute round trip then had to pay for a mistake that wasn't mine love some feedback to what euro car parts have to say about this!”

“The online process was faultless and my order was placed quickly, and the only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was the delay in collection at the store. There was only one person dealing with collection who not only processed the collection but also had to pick items as well, even though there was a number of staff chatting away behind the scenes .”
