“Ordered brake discs and pads for a Dacia Duster. Ordering process was great with Europarts as they had saved my car details from a previous order and assured me that the brake discs and pads were suitable for the car. Delivery was perfect. Took the parts to my local garage and was informed that the discs were correct, however the pads were too small for the car. Owing to time constraints I was unable to reorder and the garage resolved the issue at additional expense. Do not trust the Euro Car Parts ordering system. Check and recheck the parts before paying. The returns process was too expensive to send the items back. Not happy with my recent experience with Euro Car Parts.”

“Half the order that has arrived, arrived in a broken box. The other half is missing. Typically it's the expensive part of the order. Still waiting on a solution from the courier, evri, and euro car parts themselves”

“Ordered brake disc on line! Correct reg number and paid. Collected from the Reading Branch. Go them to my mechanic. Wrong size!!!! Called Reading told them the situation. They said bring them back and we will get the correct size. Asked how much extra and was told ! They said no problem bring them back , pay the difference and we will replace them! Unfortunately, due to ordering on line I would have to cancel the original order and wait 5 days for refund! Said I was told that I could pay extra and take them away! Manager was not very helpful! After discussing for 15 mins I decided to cancel my order and go elsewhere! You would think they would have helped as the website confirmed these were the discs approved for my vehicle. Suffice to say, I will not be bringing my business to your company ever again !!!”
