“I ordered a tool kit for hot and cold glue dent removal. I received an email stating that everything was ready for pickup. I arrived there at 5:15 PM and waited until 5:45 PM, at which point I received the collection invoices and waited for someone to bring the items from the warehouse. At 5:55 PM, I was told that, unfortunately, the items I ordered were no longer available and out of stock. However, the next day, the tools were still listed as available for purchase on the website. I then had to wait four days for a refund.”

“Sorry, but an online order collection here takes so long. Even if there's no queue. And if there is a queue, the orders don't come out in the order that the customers arrived. So you stand and watch other customers come in, wait .. and then go, while you're still waiting for yours.. It can actually be over half an hour!! On a plus side the staff do make an effort to be helpful and one appologised for the wait, as if he was embarassed about their system. I use this place as a last resort only.”
