“I ordered 2 items from the Weston Suoer Mare branch (15 miles from my home) as the website said they had stock. I received an email the following morning advising that my items were ready for collection from 0815. However when I arrived I was told that they only had one item and the other would arrive the next day. This necessitated a further round trip of 30 miles, so not impressed. However, the counter staff were apologetic and texted me the next morning confirming that the second item was now ready for collection.”

“Everything was awesome!! Except for the multiple emails everyday asking me to collect my item but I collected it the day after I ordered it. I received an email to say thank you 7 days after collecting!!”
