“I came for a battery as the one suggested by tanya was toooo long by 2cm. Your chap at the front desk was the most helpful ever, measured and re-measured you stock Lion batteries and found the largest amp/hr battery which would fit. “The colleague’s behaviour was very unprofessional. They were rude to me and carelessly threw the item. Instead of handing it to me politely, they just placed it on the desk and told me to take it. I didn’t feel respected as a customer.”

“Needed a new battery but wasn't sure which would fit my car. Called ECP who gave me several options so I went online and purchased one for delivery, which was expected the following day. Two hours later it turned up so bought, arrived and fitted within 3 hours.”

“Ordered Toyota Hilux wheel bearings but a hiace set was delivered. Returned to Norwich depot and queued for 20 minutes as only one lad on the tills. Other employees walked through ignoring the fact there was a long queue. Didn't have the Hilux wheel bearings so had a refund. Thetford auto parts got the correct one in next day. Will stick to using them.”

“They had two tills, only one was manned. There were multiple staff walking about looking like they were doing nothing. I waited in a queue for 25 minutes that was barely moving. The one man on the till then disappeared after serving a customer and didn't come back. After waiting 5 minutes I just left. Would rather spend the extra and go elsewhere. Very disappointed.”

“I had placed an order online and the parts was given to to me was wrong I had to wait 1 day to get the right one the next day upon claiming the person who assisted me through phone said I just need to come and collect the right part. As I came to the shop the shop reception there is no case of replacing the part you have right now which led me to delay more time to get the part as it was not available in the shop I came for. Now I had to come for another shop who has it available as I really need the part asap. When I arrive to the shop who has the right part they said the order was given to me was right box but not the one inside the box. The packaging was wrong and told me this is not the error from their side. I was like so whose error is it me? Who paid for the right part given to me by the system. Anyway in the end no compensation and they just carry on like it’s nothing.”
