“The delivery date window was very vague and no notice was given to confirm time and date of delivery. I ordered a battery, which was flat on arrival. The coloured caps, blue and red, on the battery terminals were on the wrong way round so on connection to recharge the battery I fused my battery charger. It is apparent you are geared up to dealing with trade customers and not members of the public so I won't be using you again.”
