“Don’t bother using the online version. Go to your store, otherwise no one takes responsibility for mistakes. I was sent the wrong brake pads (right box, with wrong pads inside) after two journeys to the store I now have the correct pads but had to pay again.. no exchange! It’s a 35 minute drive each way so I’m owed 2 hours and 20 mins of my life and fuel to match.”

“Incorrect part received for mail order purchase. Upon visiting branch for exchange, salesperson advised that 'thevwebsite is often wrong. It's best to come in to the store because our cross referencing is better.' Pretty poor”

“I popped my car reg plate into the website and got one of the brake disks that came up saying it’s compatible with my car. I’ve gone to the garage to have them put on and the worker discovered that they’re too big for my car. I had to take an uber carrying the brake disks with me to the closest Euro Car Parts 1h before closing time and back to the garage. The worker at the store where I exchanged them was very helpful and got me replacements and double checked they fit. 3/5 because the website was misleading, but the worker saved the day.”

“Ok where to start .Bought 2 karcher puzzi 8.1 from Ebay and karcher ,Both damaged. Good price from here so took a punt . Great service friendly staff.ill be Totally Honest I've only used this place once before because there so over priced, But they came out cheapest in the end ..machine looks and works ok up till now .£369 .let's hope it dosent brake.”
