“Input my car registration and selected the battery that fits my car only to find out upon collection the battery that the website promoted as fits my car was totally incompatible. The person who served me couldn't have been more helpful though and helped get me the correct battery even though when I gave them my car registration they said the original battery I was sold was the fit for my car so it was strange but all was well in the end.”

“The staff member who assisted me during a product return was very unfriendly and unprofessional. She did not explain any of the steps in the process and failed to communicate clearly — for example, I wasn’t even told when to tap my card. I felt uncomfortable and had to figure everything out on my own. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and does not reflect good customer service. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better training for your staff in the future.”
