“Order arrived a week after I had ordered. Darren was usually quite quick responding to my emails when I was chasing it up. The Europart App on my phone did not show my order or status at all although it shows all my past orders. There seems to be a disconnect in your system. At the very least I should have got regular email updates to keep me informed. The brake pads box had already been opened and one of the pair had the protective wrapper already removed. I don’t know if I should have also received new clips/,grease sachets or not in the box. Regards”

“Hi hive visited the store in Abingdon. I have given my Vin number and page number on my X3 Bmw however when I got home and took the wheels off my car to replace the brake pad there were completely wrong. It’s very poor service. I could not even be bothered to return them.”

“Very unsatisfied about collection option. Shop have small car park so customers who arrive to collect could use it but it is always full with company's own cars so there are no option to park anywhere at all. There are no other car parks or park nearby options available. Left my car on only place at all- on the street next to car park as it is not residental area but obviously private land. I was shocked when later received penalty notice for unauthorised parking. This is obvious scam to punish customers who arrived to collect goods and parking camera is fitted for the purpose to rob customers as owners of this land are clearly avare there are no places on customers parking. My resume- will never use this place again and will strongly advise everyone I know to avoid this shop .”

“It would be helpful to have a direct phone number to the EK branch as there would be more certainties for the customer to pick up products that have been ordered on line but haven't arrived when computer says. So the direct number and conversation gives the customer more time management accuracy and confidence in your system which doesn't always deliver when the sales team says customer gets to branch to be told come back tomorrow 🙄 hopefully this idea will prevent further confusion for the customer .”

“I did NOT collect my order, but the store marked it as collected on day 6. I never visited the branch, yet the system showed it as collected and I received a confirmation email. When I went to the store, I was told the manager had ‘accidentally’ marked it as collected. This is a serious breach of trust and procedure. Luckily I spotted it and got my refund, but this should never happen to any customer. Extremely disappointed.”

“Delivery arrived with part of the order missing. I notified company straight away. Tone of emails has been accusatory and very elusive from outset. I have had to sign a form promising to cooperate with police etc. Has felt entirely like I have been dishonest which is ridiculous for a few spark plugs! Ordered 23 November. Still havent received replacements as at 04 December. Would have had a refund and bought elsewhere but the suspicion that resulted from asking for a refund lead me to just accept the (very slow) replacement. Hopefully they turn up this time! I know these things can happen but it’s how the company responds that wins repeat business (or not). Will never use this company again.”
