“Unfortunately I have to go for a very low rating. Not because I’m unhappy with the product or the service from europarts, but from your delivery company (Evri). They still haven’t delivered it and although they have sent me two updates saying it has been dispatched, they have simultaneously said that they have lost it or don’t know where my parcel is! Evri cannot be trusted. They have a terrible reputation. Unfortunately this reflects on your company because you choose to use them. My son has been without a car for a week longer than expected and it’s still not resolved!”

“Not used ECP for quite a while as they usually get undercut on price by other suppliers. However, pleasantly surprised this time as they were the best price for Brembo discs and pads beating all the compeition. Keep it up and I'll definitely be back!”

“2 stars for the two pleasant delivery drivers ,trouble in a few areas of my order and when they did arrive parts were missing and returned one item due to damaged box ,but they did get the missing parts out later that day but no confirmation of original delivery time and day and no update for the missing parts ,it just turned up as and when .so not too impressed alround .”

“Visited Euro Car Parts in Keighley recently and was served by Steve at the front counter. I had accidentally purchased the wrong items, but Steve was very helpful, he quickly processed a refund back to my card and made sure I got the correct parts I needed without any hassle. There’s convenient parking right outside the entrance, and the small front shop layout makes everything easy to access. Big thanks again to Steve for the friendly, fast, and efficient service.”

“I am impressed beyond belief! I ordered a Karcher pressure washer with a 3-4 day free delivery period. Two hours after placing my order online and receiving the confirmation, a delivery man was at my door with the item! I have never ever experienced such super service. S”

“Ordered online, email didn’t give me a collection time so headed to the store. Was told it takes 20 mins to show on system so had to go home. Went back to the store, and had to wait 15 mins for the workers to collect my items. The staff were incredibly unprofessional, talking to you like they don’t really care and woman on the front desk was on the phone while serving customers. Every time I go to the store the workers are incredibly unbovered and appear to be in need of customer training.”
