“Part required was in stock at my local branch. Easy to order online and then pay for online. Picked up at depot with no issues from start to finish. Have used Eurocarparts for years now and will continue to do so. Customer service within the depot is excellent and the full process i seasy to complete.”

“When I ordered parts it said if you order till this time runs out you will get them next day. So I thought nice it will save me some time to go to shop and collect. I needed parts for saturday so I can work on my car and also it was wednesday when I ordered so I thought even if they fail to deliver next day they still got one day to deliver on friday. When I made order I received only one email with confirmation, no later emails of despatch and when order will be delivered. They delivered on monday after 5 days. Failed all possible times. It was easier to collect in person and thats what I will do next time. Delivery is rubbish.”

“Ordered new sets of front & back brakes & pads online for Nissan Qashqai. Double checked which ones were needed when ordering. Front ones ok, back were completely the wrong ones. Wasted journey to my mechanic over the other side of town who could only do half the job. Very disappointing and would expect better.”
