“I order a new rear wiper blade for my BMW 1 Series on line at around 10:00am for collection after work. The part fitted as suggested by Europarts website and was ready for collection at the Bromsgrove shop.”

“Got given 2 sets of front discs instead of front and rear,there mistake but made to feel it was my fault ,in the end got what I wanted and instead of a partial refund got a full refund instead so happy days in the end because got rears for free🤣🤣”
