“Despite entering my registration details, I was supplied with the wrong oil filter for my vehicle. I was then charged extra for the correct part. Not very good when I'd had to make an extra journey to correct your error.”

“Very simple process. Check online to see if the part wis available at my local outlet, pay online and then simply go and collect it. Friendly and efficient guy at the store handing over giving tips on installation. Overall, a fast, friendly and good value service. I will be back!”

“Entered my reg online ordered what I believed where the correct parts only to find the fronts were too small, when I went to the store to take them back the man told me that the one we’d taken out was “too badly marked”. I’ve since cleaned it up properly and there’s no marks at all. Keep you poor service and your very poor parts finder I’ll go somewhere that sells me the correct parts from now on”

“I purchased a car battery and even though I entered my reg and and was also reassured by staff that it would fit my car, the battery was the wrong one for my car. Luckily the return process was easy and I got a full refund”
