“I ordered a part online the part so called fit my car .My mechanic took my old part off and tried to fit the new one ,didnt fit .Euro had the part that fit then proceeded to charge me for the new part as well as the other one ,it took 3 days gor the credited amount to go in my account surplus to say i wasnt happy with the service i received”

“I needed some black vinyl tape so went on the Euro Car Parts website to see if there was any in stock at my nearest store. The website indicated that there was, but when I got there I was informed they didn’t have any. After leaving, I ordered some to the next nearest store for the next day. Upon collecting this, it became obvious that the wrong item was delivered to the store. It was labelled as Black Vinyl but was indeed orange. An absolute waste of hours of my time.”

“I ordered a pack of small funnels for a diy project. Got to the Smethwick store on Sunday morning for 11.30am and the queue was large. The 2 lads on the counter were having to walk away to retrieve parts from the Warehouse. You need to get others in to do the order searching. Eventually got to the front of the queue and passed the chap my details. He confirmed there was one in stock and then disappeared for about 5 minutes. He then confirmed there wasn't any in stock. He did offer a fuel funnel but this was not suitable. He gave me a copy of the paperwork and I asked if the part will be ordered for me. He said yes. So after waiting 40 minutes in the queue I left empty handed. 2 weeks later I'm still awaiting confirmation of my order arrival and I know longer want funnels as I walked over to Screwfix and got them from there.”
