“Ordering quick and easy. Items good quality and reasonably priced. Delivery an absolute nightmare. Given a 4 day delivery estimation, no warning of actual delivery day or time. Missed first delivery and had to wait in next day until 15:00 to accept parcel. Pick up at local branch only from now on”

“Ordered part and went to collect - a 20 minute drive. Guy at reception checked his screen and confirmed it had had come in. I waited while they went to find it but after 10 minutes it transpired the part had not actually been delivered. So, a complete wasted trip with nothing to show for it”

“Good range of parts and usually low prices. Only drawback is having to pick up parts in Iseleworth where they keep you waiting for ages. Would be better if you coukd order parts in my local branch”

“only bought a couple of items which were exstock at my local branch in hayes, which I purchased online. on arrival they couldnt find my order using my surname, but oddly found my order using my first name ! Anyway all good and staff friendly and cheerful.”
