“I ordered roof bars and you gave me a returned item that was scratched up , open and out of the packaging and one of the barrels for the key was broken . I managed to fix it but it’s not the point I paid for a new item and you gave me second hand , broken second hand at that . I am very disappointed to say the least .”

“I recently visited my local Euro Car Parts store to collect window wipers for my car, and I was blown away by the level of customer service I received. The young salesman who assisted me couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. He took the time to help me select the right wipers using the online catalogue, making sure I got exactly what I needed for my vehicle. But he didn’t stop there — he went above and beyond by fitting the wipers for me too! That kind of hands-on, genuinely caring service is rare these days. A huge well done to that young man — he’s a real credit to the Euro Car Parts team.”
