“Ordered a car part online which turned out to be wrong. Was told that was all there was. Not true as I have already had the same part the previous year and it was right. We had a long journey the next day and the part ended up being altered to fit by a local garage. Car now has two mismatched tail lights. Will be revisiting your branch (now 250 miles away). When I am passing in the next two weeks.”

“Part was ment tonarive by 9am Saturday, drove 30mins to get to the branch to be told parts were not their and they might arrive by monday. No email or anything to say parts were delayed. Need to sort their system to inform that their is delays to save wasted journey and fuel.”
