“Booked online to collect just to make sure the part was there. Management couldn;t have been better when it transpired there was a stock labelling error. Immediate upgrade to a suitable alternative without any question. Excellent service at a good price as always.”

“No issues with the parts or price , only problem was my card being declined, several times, I had no issues with other merchants shopping, Amazon etc , the problem was on Europe car parts website. I eventually gave up and ordered from another company, paid online, with no issues”

“Ordered 2 pairs of disc and brakes pads. Collected it from store. Got back home next day gave it to my mechanic to fix. Turn out that I was given the wrong rear brakes pads. Not really professional specially I driven 45 minutes to get it. 😡”

“Shocking! I ordered a compression kit and a rivet gun turned up at my door that’s just laziness from someone if you’re not sure then check. I called in and asked what happened they said they would send me out the correct thing. Nothing happened so I called again and finally got a call back the following morning saying it was arriving that day so to make sure that someone was in the house to swap. Of course then it didn’t turn up so I called to asked where it was and got hung up on most likely because it was 5 minutes before they shut. It turned up a day later. I payed for the next day delivery so when I phoned up I said I was expecting a refund of the money that I payed for the same day delivery they said they would sort it out still haven’t seen that money since.”
