“Delivery of two filters took nearly two weeks. Probably my branch visit helped to speed it up. At the end, package got delivered to my neightbour. Despite my house number is very clearly visible from the street... Pathetic service!”

“The ordering process was fine, but the collection experience was disappointing. I went to pick up two identical taillight bulbs, only to be handed two different makes. When I questioned this, the staff member insisted they were the same until I pointed out otherwise. He ended up having to reorder and I collect the correct parts the next day, which was a waste of time. On top of that, he handled the bulbs with his bare fingers, which I’m fairly certain you shouldn’t do. Overall, the lack of attention to detail was frustrating.”

“Placed a a click & collect order (pay upon collection) on a Friday lunchtime, went to collect at end of the day, stored closed already, could not return for order over weekend as do not live local to store. Let the order collection hold window period naturally expire for order to be cancelled.”
