“Ordered discs and pads for a car based on choice after entering registration number to find discs do not fit and are not correct size after having stripped the entire front corner of the car! So returned items to the branch along with original paperwork for refund. All parts returned on 8th february in original boxes and unmarked and told would be refunded and card not required. Now 21st feb and no refund has appeared.. Ordered again online for delivery to have delivered to me work location at night and left outside in the rain, sent message to say delivered and signed for. Arrived next morning at work to find soaking boxes that fell apart when lifted.”

“When collecting from site the parking should be ouside the door so that you can pop in and out, not made to drive around a car park looking for a space. Toolstation,screwfix manage it but you reserve all he space out the front for other parking.”

“I ordered a roof rack for the car. On getting it home the keys didn't unlock the bars, so I returned it, they ordered another, collected the day after, same issue. Very kindly refunded my money after showing to try another. Staff very helpful. Not their fault there was an issue with their supplier.”
