“Ordered filters, trusted brand, collected in person, while working on the car opened the box with the oil filter and inside Crossland oil filter. I do get it that there are returns, but this should be checked upon acceptance before resale. Tried to phone the branch on the day, no answer. Conclusion: check at the counter if you got what you paid for. The air filter was the correct brand though.”

“Incorrect stabilizer links sent. When I contacted Eoro car parts all I got was a BOT and a long wait to hear when they will resolve the problem. Meanwhile I am without transport until the correct links are sent, and the incorrect links return is arranged.”
