“Just needed a battery. Easy to order. Ready for pick up the next day. Correct battery. Reasonable price. Can’t fault anything really. Not picked up by me so cannot comment on staff attitudes, etc.”

“Ordered 2 x 1 litre oil. Had an email saying they were ready for collection 2 days later as they were out of stock. Went to collect the following day and they could only find 1 bottle. Told they would reorder but having made a special trip I cancelled the whole order and went to another local supplier who had them on the shelf. Won't go back to euro car parts. They did credit the order back to my card quickly though.”

“With no update of delivery information from the delivery company Amazon had warned us if the part doesn’t arrive by the following week to put in a refund claim. Not good news when you are waiting for the part.”

“A mixed experience this time. I bought a set of break pads for my car, was suggested sets on make and model of my vehicle, bought a mid range set and when I came to fit them, the front set were too small. I rang customer service on a Sunday, took 15mins to get through, and was hung up on without things being resolved. However, the next day my issue was resolved efficiently and the cost of the front pads refunded.”
