“Great service and competitive prices. Requested a new battery on-line and was able to pick it up in the shop the same morning. Didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes when I arrived.”

“I bought a "click and collect" item which had a piece missing when I went to pick it up. The shop attendant instantly agreed and said they would deliver the part as soon as possible. Well, they found a new item from another of their shops and delivered it within 30minutes of me arriving home - no extra charge.”

“I contacted Europarts via the number given on their website. I asked for a price for a car battery for my taxi, and was quoted a rediculous sum of £275. I then proceeded to order one online with them, and found one for a much more reasonable price of £85. Seems like their staff are trying to rip people off. I won’t be recommending and I shall be passing this info to all other local taxi companies in the area.”
