“Needed to clean the headlamp on car as there was a yellow film over the serface of the headlamps soI got a heaadlamp cleaning kit complete with wet and dry sheets and a fitment for the drill and instructions it worked very well .applied on line the nigt before and it was ready for me first thing the following day the service is very good well pleased”

“Checked the website for stock on brake shields for my VW Golf, put my car reg in, said they were in stock. I then travelled from Ross to Gloucester branch to check if they could get a hold of them which they informed me they couldn't get them (even though the website said in stock). I then order the parts I need from the website on the 8th Sept (with car reg inputted) where after I order and payment is taken I recieve an email to say one of the parts is actually not in stock (11/9). This added to the confusion as everything was advertised and being in stock. When the other part arrives, it doesn't fit despite the website saying it would match my car. The only reason I went through the business is because it was recommended by close family as a trusted business. Will now have to return the part and then try and find correct parts elsewhere”

“Part received was for a left hand drive car, even though it said the part would fit the vehicle when I entered the reg. Why are these parts even stocked in the UK? Item is therefore completely useless.”
