“not so good on this occasion hopefully a one off as they normally have items ready when they say they will after ordering online. ordered online received email to say ready by 9am next day. got there around 9:30 but item had not arrived. told me to go back at 1:00 and will be there. went back after 1:00. item was there but i was told i couldnt have it as it was not on their system. I did find it funny as he was holding item in his hand saying he couldnt let me have it. I had already paid for. I told him i needed it to finish a job that i should have finished already if item was there when email said it would be. after a couple of signatures he gave me the item. wow. it was funny but a bit annoying.”
