“Ordered a cat cleaner on line for an emissions test next day.Went to collect wasn't in stock.Waste of a 30 mins trip and lost my slot for test. Had to reorder online couldn't in shop as no stock.Staff were very apologetic and helpful.😞”

“Awful service. Changed my order because it suited them better! No correspondence whatsoever about the change of order. WHICH THEY ORDERED THE WRONG BRAKES IN REPLACEMENT. So I had to go back 3 three times after being told my order wasn’t ready and no one thought to tell me they were changing the order. Disgraceful really as my brakes needed doing urgently and I missed 2 days at work because my van needed brakes urgently. The cheek of the people behind the counter is awful too. They clearly have no knowledge on motors if they can’t order the brake disc for the right end of a vehicle. Won’t be using euro again. Awful company along with the service”

“Bought a pair of low profile wiper baldes but that did not clear the screen correctly. Returned to store and demonstrated the issue sale lady was perplexed but more than happy to supply cheaper old style blades with over spend cash back. Thank you.”
