“All good easy to order and collect only problem is one year two days ago I bought the same part (nearside outer c/v boot) because it was picked up as leaking on the MOT this year picked up again as cracked and leaking probably because boots are now plastic not rubber so less flexible, I guess more sails are made nowadays”

“Found the exact parts I wanted, but unfortunately the website only said 'left side', with a picture of the nearside part, so I assumed it was from the perspective of looking at the front of the car. Turns out I needed the opposite side. Would have been easier if it had said Offside or Nearside instead of left and right. Also, the checkout process was so slow at the store. I bought some air freshener on top of my collection, and it took about 10 minutes!”

“Order online you get the email telling you that you will get another email when your order is ready to collect, literally not once have I ever got this email. Most of the staff behind the counter seems to have little to no interest in vehicles or any sort of knowledge on of the industry. Mean seriously if a customer asks for an h7 bulb just get an h7 bulb don't ask for the number plate or not knowing things like an oil filter for a camper van it's a van the cab forward engine ect are exactly the same as a van, I really feel sorry for these poorly trained under paid staff they have no motivation to care.”
