“Battery identified via registration. Purchased on collection, wrong battery. Correct one extra £65. 7 day for refund. Paid out twice. Third time ecp use cheap prices to get custom only to recoup extra money with correct parts”

“ECP attempted to deliver the parts on Thursday 16/4/26, but we were not in, so they left a card. I phoned the branch, and they said they could attempt a second delivery on Saturday 18/4/26. But at 13:50 I telephoned the branch, and they said that their drivers finished at 2pm, so I had to drive to collect from the branch.”

“Really bad. Recently brought a ring side wing mirror for my car. I entered the reg and confirmed make and model. When I tried to fit the part on my car, the glass cracked. I later showed my mechanic and advised that although the part was correct the wrong mirror was stuck on hence it didn’t fit and it cracked.”

“From my experience, Europarts could consider taking VIN and reg when parts searching. I was in a queue of three people at the counter in Perth and two of us were returning the wrong brake discs and picking up replacements. Apparently, it’s a regular occurrence. I’m a fan of the company but it’s a 60 mile round trip down the A9 to pick stuff up and when it’s wrong despite my best efforts then that identifies a problem requiring a solution.
