“Very expensive. The chap serving me made me wait for 15 minutes whilst checking his computer looking for a part I had already given the reference for and would have cost me £14 and suggested a different part for £124! I did my research before buying! And I told you I was in hurry! Needless to say, I did not buy there and ordered online. Then I was in the area and decided to buy engine oil. A week later, I returned it. Waited for 3 weeks to get the refund and they have refunded only £47 out of £62. What is wrong with you people??!! Then the chat bot is off recharging its batteries! I don't think I will ever go back there. Will plan and order online somewhere else much cheaper and better service”

“I placed an order, and it was delivered to my door within the hour, considering when I placed the order it said next day, absolutely lovely guy that delivered it, so friendly, this is the second order we have placed and both have been very fast and superb service.”

“Improve: Parts arrived in original packaging but the packaging was half opened and manhandled to the degree that one wiper blade fell on the pavement when package delivery. Keep up the good job: The delivery was as scheduled no problems here. Good job! Product itself (Bosh hybrid wiper blades: DUR-045 and DUR-065R) very good. Blades conform to the screen curvature on the whole length. This review is based on 1 month of use Aug-Sep/2025).”
