“Could not believe how cheap the wiper blade was . It fitted perfectly and clean the screen well . Hope it lasts as long as the old one [14 years] ! The cost was £ 1. 29 . Service was quick and efficent The wash n wax was good as expected .”

“I was in Hemel Heampstead for only Saturday 06th September. I ordered and paid C&C and turned up to your premises to collect. The wait was something you had to be there to believe it! There were others on duty, standing in the loading bay as I arrived. At one point a young lady came out with one persons requirement. Other than that, the person serving was very much on his own. The customer in front of me had ordered two different sizes of something, as he was not sure which size he needed until he had removed the old ones. It took a minimum of four trips into "the back" by the server to fulfil his order. There was a trolley that could be seen through the door to the rear, presumably for C&C orders, but empty! After around a thirty minute total wait, my order was fulfilled in around 20 seconds and I left passing around 7 customers, knashing their teeth, waiting!”

“I was able to find and order the product I needed very quickly and easily on the ECP website, and it was available for collection from my local branch the next day. I was able to park right ouside and pick up the item without any delays. The good qualty product was available at a very reasonable price. I am very happy to continue using ECP for vehicle components and accessories.”
